The Nottinghamshire Alliance Training Hub (NATH) launched back in April 2020. This coincided with the start of the covid pandemic, a time that has been challenging for all the NHS workforce.
Our mission is to make the Training Hub your ‘go to’ place for any information about education and training for all the professional groups that make up the Primary Care workforce.
Our aim is to work with all partners and stakeholders in the area to enhance training and education for our Nottinghamshire and Nottingham colleagues.
We work in partnership with many local organisations to address local training needs. We bring together education and training resources from NHS organisations, community providers as well as local authorities.
It is always worth taking the time to learn what NATH has to offer, whether you are an individual, employer or part of the PCN. It is with pleasure we present to you the latest NATH Strategy 2025-27.
We are your local Primary and Integrated Care Training Hub for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We are a non-profit, funded by NHS England and the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS).

Our value proposition
We offer a variety of fully subsidised (free) services tailored to the local needs of Notts Primary Care. We:

We want everyone in Notts Primary Care to know who we are, what we offer and how to contact us.
They should recognise and access our services as their first port of call for their education, training and development needs. We have an active presence in the spaces where our service users are.

Our strategy and SMART objectives relate directly to fulfilling the training needs and priorities of individuals, teams and the System. We continuously evaluate our work to respond to change and develop effective, tailored services.
