Strengthening Workforce Planning and Role Integration 

We support with tailored workforce planning advice and population health insights. We enable understanding and integration of new roles to meet evolving service demands across primary and community care. 

Expanding Access to Education, CPD, and Apprenticeships 

We increase uptake of continous professional development (CPD) funding and deliver high-quality training across all staff groups. We promote and support clinical and non-clinical apprenticeships to build sustainable career pathways.

Enhancing Learning Environments and Placement Quality 

We grow the number of approved learning environments and coordinate high-quality placements across professions. We ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the NHS England Quality Framework. 

Developing and Supporting Educators and Supervisors 

We build educator capacity through training, updates, and at-scale approvals. We provide structured support for supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality learning experiences. 

Embeding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) 

We deliver an EDI strategy aligned with Integrated Care System (ICS) priorities. We ensure inclusive access to education and training, and host regular events to promote equity and reduce health inequalities. 

Promoting Digital Literacy and Knowledge Resources 

We increase engagement with digital knowledge services. We collaborate with library teams to embed evidence-based practice and lifelong learning across the workforce.
