It is perfect for students aged 14 or over (school or college), career changers, or anyone interested in exploring careers in health and social care. 
 
Through this programme, you will complete structured activities, explore real roles across the health and care system, and hear directly from professionals working in the sector.

Explore health and social care 

Health and social care is made up of a wide range of services that work together to support people’s health and wellbeing: 
 
Primary Care – General Practitioner (GP) practices, pharmacies, dentists, optometry 
Community Care – district nursing, therapy services, care at home 
Social Care – care homes, domiciliary care, support workers 
 
These services work in partnership to support people at every stage of life, from prevention and early support through to ongoing care. 

Earn a certificate of completion 

Receive a certificate after submitting your Activity Pack and recognise your learning. This is a great way to:

What is in the Activity Pack? 

We offer a range of flexible, self-guided activities designed to help you explore careers in health and social care. You will build your understanding of the sector and reflect on your own skills and interests. Our downloadable Activity Pack includes:

These activities can be completed independently at your own pace, making them ideal for those who are unable to access traditional in-person work experience. 

How do I meet the team in a live session?
