The University of Salford Manchester are providing a rare opportunity to attend any of the programmes listed below which are suitable for middle managers through to senior leadership teams at a significantly reduced rate (total of 3 places available per programme). 
The funding available need to be used up by year end on dates for courses taking place between December and April ’23 (virtual and on campus). 
Introductory information below for each with links to prospectus. All of the programmes are delivered as open courses on campus and via virtual classroom. They are also able to deliver to closed groups from single organisations at their premises, on campus or via virtual classroom.

CMI Level 7 Accredited Healthcare Strategic Leadership Programme 

(3 days virtual classroom / on campus) 
Designed for Healthcare professionals within both the private and public sectors. 
The course will help to broaden the impact of delegates leadership by assisting them in applying strategy through the employment of best practice models and insights from expert tutors, experienced in coaching leadership teams in the Healthcare sector. 
Focus for Each Day: 
SELF: Recognising of self as a strategic, compassionate leader 
TEAM: Applying a strategy to the immediate team(s). Building well-being and resilience within colleagues for positive outcomes 
ORGANISATION: Applying systematic collaborative approaches to enable wider and more efficient impact. Inspiring sustainable and innovative organisational and cultural changes 
Post classroom: extended tutor support (phone and email) to complete 2 written assignments focused on translating the teachings of the course into a personalised management strategy reflective of your organisation’s goals. This results in CMI level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership.

ILM Level 5 and Level 7 Coaching & Mentoring 

This intensive programmes are designed for those learners who are coaching or mentoring clients working at all levels within organisations. Level 7 focused on Executive level and Level 5 is suitable for preparing to coach at all other levels.
