Introduction to Consultation Skills
Programme
Effective consultations are essential for delivering patient-centred care. Applying effective consultation skills will help to improve the care that is provided to patients, while at the same time promoting the respect and recognition of your role within primary care.
Join us to look at the theory and application of consultations skills within both face to face and telephone settings, with the aim of improving your confidence and effectiveness in practice. It hopes to be interactive and will include opportunities for you to apply your learning in a safe (and fun!) environment.
