This is an open invitation to all who are involved in developing the NHS Estates and Facilities Workforce. 
 
Details: 
 
This event is hosted by Health Education England, in partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement Estates and Facilities National Team. 
It is suitable for employers who are considering implementing apprenticeships within the NHS Estates and Facilities workforce and would like information around the practical steps and actions needed to ensure effective implementation. 
This event will specifically cover a wide range of apprenticeships at all levels, for both new and existing staff suitable for the development of the Estates and Facilities workforce from; Healthcare Cleaning, Hospitality and Leadership to Engineering, Joinery and Sustainability / Net Zero Carbon roles. 
 
This event will cover: 
 
Current and future apprenticeship opportunities 
Workforce Planning and developing career pathways and models via apprenticeships 
Practical steps for accessing apprenticeship funding via apprenticeship levy and levy transfer and employer funding rules 
Responsibilities of managers, apprentices, and training providers 
Apprenticeship procurement and how we ensure apprenticeship provision meets employer and apprentices needs 
Action / commitment for future implementation / next steps to deliver the skills needed for today and in the future 
 
 
Please register your interest in the event even if you are unable to attend. You will then be contacted and able to contribute to the Estates and Facilities skills needs assessment that will follow this event.
