Want expert support to innovate, shape services and strengthen your leadership? We are offering primary care nurses in Nottinghamshire the opportunity to take part in CARE – a learning and development programme that supports you to design and embed more integrated ways of working around population health needs, make connections and develop the leadership needed to innovate and influence.
Run in partnership with National Association of Primary Care (NAPC), the General Practice Nursing 10 Point Plan team at NHS England and NHS Improvement, Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) ICS, and specialist coaches ShinyMind, the programme offers practical and holistic learning through expert-led webinars, quality improvement project support, connectivity and a dedicated community of practice. You will have access to a mobile app developed by ShinyMind with the NHS, which will support you to look after your health and wellbeing, strengthen your resilience, connect with others and become part of a positive and compassionate community.CARE has already led to innovation and joined-up working in BLMK ICS, which piloted theprogramme. The programme has supported nurses and other primary care colleagues to lead impactful quality improvement projects, power up multi-disciplinary working and improve their own resilience, confidence and leadership. To ensure support is relevantto our local needs, you will have the opportunity to co-design elements of the programme in our kick off session in September.
