Whether you are clinical, non-clinical or somewhere in between, these updates make the app more intuitive, more personalised and easier to use than ever before.

New, Simplified Registration 
 
The app now includes a clearer, smoother registration process to help you get set up in minutes. Simply add your details, register your device, and you’re ready to explore everything the Growth Hub has to offer. 
 
Personalised Experience 
 
Whether you're looking for training, events, resources or updates for a specific job group, your app will now surface the content that’s most relevant to you. 
 
Improved Navigation 
 
Finding what you need shouldn’t take time you don’t have. With our refreshed layout and improved menus, you can browse training, guidance and resources with ease, saving you time and keeping everything in one place. 

Getting Started: Your Step-by-Step Guide 

Step 1: Add your first & last name, email address, and job group.

Step 1: Add Your Basic Details 

Start by entering your: 
 
First and last name 
Email address (this ensures you receive personalised updates) 
Job group (e.g., Nursing roles, Admin roles, Pharmacy roles, ACP, Manager roles) 
 
These details allow the app to create your profile and help shaped your experience from the moment you sign in. 
Step 2: Tell us which other job groups you’re interested in.

Step 2: Select Additional Job Groups You’re Interested In 

If your work overlaps multiple areas or you want to keep an eye on other roles — you can choose additional job groups. 
 
For example, you can follow updates for: 
 
AHP roles 
ARRS roles 
Non-clinical positions 
Nursing associates 
Pharmacy teams 
…or any other group relevant to your work. 
 
This helps broaden your feed so you're not missing useful content across the wider workforce. 
Step 3: Choose the topics you want updates on.

Step 5: Click on the padlock to register your device

After submitting your details, you’ll see a padlock icon at the top of your screen. 
Tap it to begin device registration. 
 
This step enhances your security and ensures that only you can access your personalised feed from your phone or tablet. 
Step 6: Register your device

Complete the device registration process (this takes just a few seconds). 
Final Step: Enter the 6-digit code and you’re done!

Final Step: Confirm Your Device & Access Your Growth Hub 

Once you tap the padlock and begin device registration, you’ll receive a 6-digit verification code sent directly to your chosen email address. 
 
Open your email 
Find the 6-digit code 
Enter it into the app 
 
After the code is accepted, you’re in! 🎉 
Your device is now securely registered, and your personalised Growth Hub will unlock instantly. 
 
From here, you’ll see tailored updates, events, resources and opportunities designed specifically for your role and interests.
