Discover Fully Funded Level 7 Apprenticeships

What is a level 7 apprenticeship?

Level 7 apprenticeships are postgraduate-level qualifications, equivalent to a master’s degree. They’re designed for people who want to take their skills to the next level, whether you’re aiming to step into senior leadership, specialise clinically, or broaden your professional expertise. The best part? You can complete them while you work, with your full course costs completely funded through the apprenticeship levy.

Why now is the prime time

Across England, higher and degree-level apprenticeships are on the rise. In the 2023 to 2024 academic year, starts at Levels 6 and 7 reached over 50,000, a 7.1% increase from the previous year.

In the NHS, the shift is clear. As part of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, there’s a strong national push to grow this number. By 2032, the NHS aims for 22% of all clinical training routes to be delivered through apprenticeships, up from around 7% today.
