NHS England has opened registrations of interest for three highly respected leadership programmes, an exciting opportunity for colleagues across general practice, community pharmacy, dentistry and optometry.
The fully funded Mary Seacole and Rosalind Franklin (CMI) programmes, along with the part-funded Elizabeth Garrett Anderson programme, are designed to build leadership confidence, enhance strategic thinking and empower individuals to make meaningful change within their teams and communities. These programmes are nationally recognised and offer a strong pathway for professional growth.
About the Programme

Mary Seacole Programme (CMI-accredited): Ideal for emerging leaders ready to build their confidence and learn core leadership skills.
Rosalind Franklin Programme (CMI-accredited): Aimed at mid-level leaders looking to strengthen strategic thinking and lead more effectively within complex systems.
