Meet The Team: Rashbal Ghattaora
Dr Rashbal Ghattaora (FRCGP) is a GP Partner in Nottingham City. His other roles include GP Appraisal lead; Deputy Clinical Director for PCN-Unity; Medical Advisor for PAG; and RCGP Examiner.
Rashbal started working for NATH as a GP Educator, in January 2021. This role focuses primarily on supporting PCNs with Clinical Supervision of new roles as part of the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).

Rashbal is working alongside Nicola Payne, our Programme lead and Sarah Partridge, Clinical Practice Pharmacist, who is also supporting Clinical Supervision of Clinical Pharmacists. His main focus will be working with the NATH team to develop Clinical Supervision models to support the on-going professional development of new ARRS roles. He is also keen to develop a Multi-professional Support Unit using the expertise within NATH and in collaboration with other organisations.
