Meet The Team: Steve White

Steve joined the team as a Learning and Development Manager in April 2021.

Steve is working alongside Laurence Quirk, our other Learning and Development Manager with a main focus of working with the NATH team to focus on placements, apprentice levy, recruitment, retention, advanced clinical practice spaces, General Practice Nursing fundamentals spaces and the management of Learning and Development applications.

Steve will be working alongside NATH colleagues, Universities, colleges, training providers, Clinical Commisioning Groups, Primary Care Networks, federations and practices to ensure NATH is an integral part of the primary care infrastructure in Nottinghamshire.

Steve’s aim is to develop new and innovative ways of utilising training and development to support colleagues from all backgrounds in both medical and non medical roles, to enhance their learning and fulfil their potential

With nearly 20 years of learning and development experience, Steve is a keen marathon runner, cyclist and is currently studying an MBA in Strategic Leadership.
