This month we want to introduce our new trio of Operations & Liaison Managers who joined NATH at the end of September.
The new colleagues bring with them a range of experience from very diverse backgrounds in higher education, event planning, HR, project management, community engagement and the voluntary sector and are welcome additions to the NATH team.
The Operations & Liaison Managers will be working full-time to support a range of operational activities at NATH ensuring it meets its objectives; office functions run smoothly and communications reach those who need them in the Nottingham & Nottinghamshire primary and community care community. Working alongside NATH project leads and associates, the Trio will join project groups to act as critical friends to support delivery, against project plans.
In addition, each member of the Trio has been assigned a locality within Nottingham & Nottinghamshire ICS to build strong and effective relationships between the NATH and its partners. A key indicator of these successful relationships will see NATH responding to PCN and ICS learning and development needs and supporting the development of a competent and confident primary and community care workforce.
Tish Hickey is lead for South Nottinghamshire;
Laurence Quirk is lead for Nottingham City;
Louise Woodward is lead for Mid Nottinghamshire.
Tish speaks for the whole team when she says
“I’m really excited to be part of NATH and enabling people to take a first step in a primary and community care career or develop new skills and knowledge to help them progress. I really do want to make Nottingham and Nottinghamshire a great place to work in primary and community care.”
You can contact the team collectively on the NATH email or individually as follow or
