New ICS Project Management Programme, developed in partnership with Corndel
Open to learners across the Integrated Care System (ICS), this programme offers a unique opportunity for cross-system collaboration, peer networking, and shared learning.
It's a chance to connect with colleagues from different areas, exchange ideas, and build lasting professional relationships.
Specifically tailored for busy health and care professionals, this fully-funded one-year programme is designed to fit within your working hours and will be delivered remotely and flexibly (equivalent to 6 hours a week paid time off the job). It combines self-directed learning with virtual sessions, blending bespoke workshops, award-winning one-to-one coaching, and a comprehensive digital curriculum.
You do not need to be in a project management role to enrol, but you must be able to manage a project or internal workstream lasting a minimum of three months during the programme. Participants will develop the ability to create and report on schedule performance, plan resources, manage risks, and work within agreed budgets. You'll also build a portfolio that showcases your expertise, with the support of a Professional Development Expert.
Upon completion, you will earn the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, the Corndel Project Management Level 4 Diploma, and have the opportunity to sit for the APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
Apprenticeship Levy Funding
Any staff member within Primary or Social Care across the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICS is entitled to apply for 100% apprenticeship levy to cover the cost of this training.
