Routes Into the NHS
The NHS Employers' infographic shows the additional options that are available to complement traditional training and recruitment routes.
This resource can help employers to identify and consider additional routes that can be used to:
Support workforce challenges
Recruit from the local community
Build career pathways
They have updated the graphic to include the government's new Kickstart scheme, which provides funding to create new job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit. There is more detailed information about each of the different routes featured in the infographic on 'routes' into the NHS in NHS Employers' web page. The inforgraphic can be downloaded here.
