Are you ready to take your leadership and operational management skills to the next level? The NHS IMPACT Operational Improvement Training Programme is now open for registration, designed to equip healthcare professionals with the practical tools, confidence, and insight to lead effective teams and drive improvement in everyday care delivery.
This national training offer is available to Band 6–8a (or equivalent) clinical and operational staff working across all care settings, including primary, community, and acute care.
What Is the Programme About?
The programme goes beyond traditional improvement training. While it includes foundational concepts, its focus is much broader, building essential skills in operational management, team leadership, and strategic problem-solving.
