Community Assessment Training 

This three-day course is designed to teach community healthcare staff how to effectively manage patients within community setting, enabling early intervention and a proactive approach to care. 
 
Day 1 will cover the following topics: 
 
A-E assessment and observations 
History taking and red flags 
Acute Kidney Injury 
CVA and TIA 
Delirium & mental health 
Palliative Care 
Communication and effective handover 
 
Day 2 will primarily focus on the principles of history taking, head, neck and limb examination and wound assessment. 
 
Day 3 participants will have the opportunity to showcase their newly learnt knowledge and skills in various simulated scenarios.

Enhanced Clinical Skills – Adults Training 

This four-day clinical skills course is aimed at nurses, AHPs and practitioners in extended scope roles looking to develop clinical examination and history taking skills.
