Resources to enable high quality student placements

The Allied Health Professions (AHP) Faculty is aware that over the last few months, practice educators have needed to adapt and innovate to provide placements. We are also aware that clinicians have always developed great ideas on how to offer high quality placements which could be more widely shared.

In response to this we have collated a range of useful resources to support clinicians taking students on placement.

How to Deliver Good Placements During COVID-19

The Effects of COVID-19 on Physiotherapy Placements - A guide which summarises the range of placement models which may be used by Clinical Educators to tackle the barriers introduced from the pandemic. Written with physiotherapy in mind, but applicable to all AHP placements.
